> Unfortunately, we only ship orders in the Philippines.
> You may ask a friend or relative to receive the order in your behalf then have him/her ship it to you instead.
2. How to return/exchange an item?
> Your item is eligible for a return or exchange if it meets the following conditions:
a. Within 30 days of receipt
b. Invoice available
c. Original condition & tags intact
d. Original packaging
> Should you wish to return your item, please send an email to easysoftcs@chgglobal.com.ph stating your reason for returning along with the proof that your item is eligible.
>Should you wish to exchange or return an item due to wrong item delivered, we will shoulder all the shipping cost that will incur.
> Customer Service will assist and coordinate with you the fastest way to return your item.
3. How much is the shipping fee?
> There is free shipping available for all orders with 2 items and above
> There is a fixed shipping cost of Php50 for all orders with 1 item.
